Quaich (detail) (2 of 2)A quaich is a traditional Scottish drinking vessel. This is a detail of a large pewter quaich dating from the late 18th century. The detail shows the inscriptions 'I H' and 'R WELLWOOD', made by former owners on one of the vessel's side handles. Large pewter quaich with side handles, inscribed `AA.
