Add to albumThis is the reverse of an Edinburgh Royal High School silver medal for commercial subjects. It was made in Edinburgh in 1883 and presented to C.H. Muirhead by the Lord Provost of Edinburgh in 1884.
The reverse is inscribed 'The Rt. Hon. George Harrison, L.L.D. Lord Provost of Edinburgh, to Charles Howitt Muirhead, Dux of the School in Commercial Subjects, 1884.' The inscription is surrounded by a ring of thistles.
