Add to albumThis earthenware soup plate was made by the Glasgow potters, Robert Cochran & Company. It was exported to South East Asia, and dates from the second half of the 19th century. It was collected in Pontianak in Borneo in 1991.
The plate is plain with a scalloped bowl and a moulded rim of ears of wheat.
