Back row - the Rovers Presentation, and the Bombay and Malta Cups. Front row - the Madras, Secunderabad and Poona Cups. The badge of the Royal Scots can be seen on the jerseys of the players. Whilst serving in India, soldiers could face long periods of inactivity. To combat boredom many played games, with the Scots often favouring football, or took part in camel or elephant rides.
