This glass vase was made in 1979 by Robert Coleman of Mount Vernon in Ohio in the United States of America.

The vase is made of clear green glass, with a raised panel and blue, silver and lustrous decoration. The design is called 'Ahrtek Form'. The mark 'Ahrtek Form 4/79 5-22 Robert Coleman' is diamond-engraved near the base.
