Foot warmer (open)

This small stool opens up to reveal a tin canister which when filled with hot water would warm the feet.

The stool frame is made from oak and pine and the cover from a woollen fabric. The lining inside is felt and the fittings iron and brass. The canister is made of tin with a brass screw top.
