Medal (reverse) commemorating Sir Walter Scott

This is the reverse of a silver medal commemorating Sir Walter Scott. The medal was made by W.Bain and B.R. Faulkner in 1822.

The reverse has a representation of a lady in a small boat. Below is the inscription: 'LADY OF THE LAKE CANTO 1ST XVII'.

A silver version of the medal was also produced.
