Colour woodblock print, ukiyo-e

Print of the Kabuki actor Bando Mitsugoro 111 in the role of a dandy by Kunisada. The print is signed Gototei kumisada and published by Kawaguchi-ya Uhei. The censor is Kiwame.

This print has fewer colours, using fewer colour blocks than the later prints. The colours used are pink, green, beige and a pale orange with the black outline. The actor wearing a flamboyant kimono and two swords is standing under the cherry blossoms.
