Tobacconists' trade tokens (reverse)

These are the reverses of copper farthing trade tokens of tobacconists James Mitchell of the Canongate in Edinburgh, and George Randolph & Co. of King Street in Glasgow. The former dates from between around 1780 and 1830, the latter from 1799.

The reverse of the Mitchell token has a design featuring crossed pipes and is inscribed 'CANONGATE'. The reverse of the Randolph token has a figure with a ship in the distance and is inscribed 'TOBACCONISTS KING STREET GLASGOW/1799'.
