Fan (Guard)

Guard of folding fan, of carved ivory inlaid with mother of pearl and silver pique, with brass pin and mother of pearl washer.

Carved with a trailing flower and leaf motif, with mother of pearl inlay for the flowers and at both ends of the guard. Very bulbous head.
