Dish

This glass dish was designed by Per Lutken and made in 1963 by Holmegaards Glassworks of Fensmark in Denmark.

The turquoise-blue dish of glass with impressed decoration with a straight groove between two rows of bosses. The design is called 'Unica'.

Since the end of World War II, the national design organisations of Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark have collaborated with joint exhibitions and prizes to promote modern functional design. This resulted in a characteristic 'Scandinavian Style' which was a major influence on world taste.
