This glass dish was made in 1948 by C.D. Stanier at Stourbridge in England. It was designed and engraved by W. Stanier.

The dish is made of clear glass with diamond-engraved scenes illustrating the seven ages of man. It bears the diamond-engraved mark 'W STANIER'.
