Chair

This 'comb-back' chair was made using simple socketed joints from odd scraps of timber that lay to hand. This form of chair was commonly made throughout a region stretching from the Mull of Kintyre to Wester Ross as well as several other parts of Europe.

Much of the surface is painted black.
