This cast bronze horse head terminal was found in the field containing the ruins of Kilspindie Castle in Aberlady in East Lothian. It dates from between the 15th and 19th century.

The base has a screw attachment.

Kilspindie or Kilspindley Castle was built in 1585, between the village of Aberlady and the shore.
