This tin was made by Drummond of Greenock in Renfrewshire to contain shortbread made by Burnett of Inverness. It dates from the late 20th century.

The picture shows the lid. It has a design of a targe and two crossed broadswords against a tartan background. It is inscribed 'BURNETTS INVERNESS PETTICOAT TAIL SHORTBREAD'.
