Miniature chair

This miniature wooden chair was made by a joiner on the Duke of Bedford's Cairnsmore Estate in Wigtonshire at the beginning of the 20th century. It may have been a model for a full-scale chair or a possibly a toy.

The style of the chair is that of about 1830-40.
