This gold penannular bracelet is one of three found at Stonehill Wood in Lanarkshire. It is a northern European type of bracelet, and was probably imported between 950 and 750 BC.

The bracelet was made of a solid lozenge-sectioned gold bar.

This bracelet demonstrate contacts across the North Sea during the first millennium BC. It would have been valuable and prestigious possessions.
