Fan box

White satin-covered fan box with hinged lid.

Lined in white satin and padded. There is a paper label in the lid: J.Duvelleroy Ltd 121 New Bond Street, London W1 and Royal Coat of Arms.

Duvelleroy was at this address from 1924 to 1965, but the collection of fans was made up in the late 1920s. He probably cleaned the lace fan and put it in a new box.
