Goblet commemorating William of Orange and the Battle of the Boyne

This goblet commemorates the victory of Protestant King William (of Orange) over his Catholic rival for the British throne, James VII & II, at the Battle of the Boyne in 1690. It was made around 1820.

The goblet is engraved with a medallion showing William III on horseback. The inscription surrounding the medallion reads 'The Glorious Memory of William III'.
