Cast of a statue of St Duthac

This is a fibreglass cast of a 15th-century stone statue in the collegiate church at Tain in Ross & Cromarty. The statue represents St Duthac as a bishop, standing on a calf.

Statue of St Duthac

Duthac is said to have been a native of Scotland who was educated in Ireland. He returned to become chief bishop of Scotland and died in 1065.
