Medal (obverse), of Royal High School, Edinburgh

This is the obverse of an Edinburgh Royal High School silver medal for commercial subjects. It was made in Edinburgh in 1883 and presented to C.H. Muirhead by the Lord Provost of Edinburgh in 1884.

The obverse is engraved with the arms and crest of the school, and the motto 'Nisi Dominus Frustra'.
