Claymore

This claymore, a two-handed Highland sword, dates from the early 16th century.

Scottish claymore or two-handed sword of Highland type, first half of the 16th century

The claymore (from the Gaelic for 'great sword') is a characteristic Highland weapon. Two-handed swords were used throughout Europe, but this style of hilt was only used by Highlanders.
