Powder-horn, owned by Campbell of Glenlyon

This left-handed powder-horn is said to have belonged to Campbell of Glenlyon. It dates from the late 17th century.

The horn is incised with a thistle, a rose and a tulip. The decoration, representing Scotland, England and Orange, must date from after 1688, when William of Orange came to the throne.
