Red Cross message form for sending to prisoners of war, Gulf War

The form is intended for use by prisoners of war to send a message to their families. It identifies who the prisoner is, what message they are sending and to whom their message is to be sent.

The questions are in French, English and Arabic.

The Red Cross is a neutral humanitarian relief organisation established to prevent and alleviate human suffering. The Red Cross provides voluntary assistance without discrimination to those involved in conflict or natural disaster.
