Bronze Age ring found at Balmashannar, AngusThis iron ring is part of a late Bronze Age hoard of jewellery and other items, buried in a pot and ploughed up at Balmashannar in Angus. The ring was probably made in in the Austrian Alps. It is one of the earliest iron objects in Scotland.
