Oil lamp

This oil lamp of tinned iron was made in the early 19th century by W. Dick of Buckie in Banff.

The lamp has a cross-bracket with an oil reservoir on one side and a wick holder on the other. A round flat mirror is set below the wick holder and a wire ring. On the holder is a brass plate engraved `W. DICK. / BUCKIE.'
