Razor of bronzeThis bronze razor was found at Adabrock on Lewis in the Outer Hebrides in a hoard of tools, weapons, vessel fragments and beads. The hoard was buried between 950 and 750 BC, almost certainly a gift to the gods. Crescentic flat bronze blade from Adabrock, Lewis Bronze razors were used as prestige shaving gear from the 2nd millennium BC onwards.
